Women’s Entrepreneurship Development in India
We believe that empowered women create empowered societies. Our Women Entrepreneurship Development programs in India aim to provide financial independence and skill-based empowerment to women from underprivileged communities. Through training in handicrafts, tailoring, candle making, and small-scale business skills, Vistar Foundation nurtures rural women to become self-reliant entrepreneurs. We also offer mentorship, support networks, and guidance in marketing, digital selling, and financial literacy to ensure sustainable income generation.
Skill Development Programs for Women
Skill-building is the cornerstone of economic empowerment. Our dedicated centers train women in a variety of trades including sewing, embroidery, candle crafting, and handmade bags production. These programs are tailor-made to fit the local context, ensuring that women can apply what they learn immediately in their communities. Skill Development Programs for Women not only increase household incomes but also boost the self-esteem and social status of participating women.

Digital Literacy for Children, Youth & Rural Women
In today’s technology-driven world, digital knowledge is essential. Vistar Foundation bridges the digital divide by providing access to computers, the internet, and structured digital education programs. We focus on foundational skills like using smartphones, internet safety, typing, basic software usage, and e-learning platforms. Our Digital Literacy for Children, Youth & Rural Women ensures a better future by enabling access to knowledge, online education, and job opportunities.
Health and Hygiene Awareness
Health is a fundamental human right. Vistar Foundation organizes community-based health and hygiene awareness campaigns that educate women and children on sanitation, nutrition, menstrual health, and preventive care. We distribute sanitary kits, promote regular handwashing, and collaborate with local health experts for free check-ups. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we distributed dry ration kits and hygiene supplies to affected families. Health and Hygiene Awareness by Vistar Foundation builds healthier communities from the grassroots.
