  • Payments made for events, workshops, or training sessions are non-refundable.
  • If an event is canceled by VISTAR FOUNDATION, alternative arrangements may be offered, such as rescheduling or credit for a future event.

 

3. Membership Fees (If Applicable)

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the member chooses to discontinue their membership before its expiration.


4. Merchandise and Product Sales (If Applicable)

  • Sales of merchandise and other products are final.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases where the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival, subject to verification.
